Yeah it will, you might have to uninstall your base game. Definitely backup to USB/cloud.
I bought Nioh completed edition for $20 on playstation store. It's a fine game but a bit challenging. I'm stuck at Umi Bozu boss after 15 tries lol.

Quit on the third mission, game is way too hard, not in any kind of good way. I've completed the Dark Souls series, Nioh is unfair and unfun in comparison.
Game gets much more enjoyable after the initial hurdle and much easier when you can cast sloth on bosses

Buy nioh complete edition if you have a passion for breaking through brick walls with your face and don't mind dying ingame a lot.
Very rewarding, 237hrs and haven't platinum'd the dlc yet, 2 Twilight missions to go!
