        I think what first in line was referring to is the bastardising of Cantonese styled cooking to appeal to Australians - well before the huge influx of Chinese from other regions of China migrating here. We do have an exceptionally broad range of Chinese cuisines in Australia and we don't have to travel far to sample them.
