    ETA should've been in the original order email you get when you order from them.

    I haven't gotten an update either so I'm assuming mine hasn't changed since I first ordered and hoping I can get it Monday.

  The first original order email states that:

  Once processing is complete, we will send you another important email with confirmation of your delivery date.

  However, I have not received the confirmation email yet.

  Just missed a call from Appliances Online. Received a confirmation email saying that the order is due for Fri 13th Nov 2020.

  I just got a refund for the Pasta roller. Apparently that's never going to come which I don't mind at all.

  I paid $414 for a KSM160 pretty amazing.

  I got my KSM160 in Cocoa Silver with the 3 pcs pasta set on 8/7/20. The service was amazing as well as the prices!

    I have also chose Cocoa Silver with initial delivery on 9/7/20 and received an email on 8/7/20 saying the new delivery date is now 29/9/20, hmmm…

  I received an email yesterday to say that my expected delivery date is 28th October. I called them and they explained that it's because the pasta roller is on backorder. They've split my order, and now the mixer is being delivered tomorrow. I ordered Contour Silver.

  Received notification from AO that KitchenAid Pasta Maker is no longer being made by KitchenAid. Refund of $135 offered, has anyone else been able to negotiate a better deal/alternative?

    There was no mention of that when I spoke to them. The guy a spoke to said they have an order of 500 pasta makers on the way, expected (presumably) in October.
