    I was hoping for pick up too.

    How does 16x for $30 delivered sound? Works out to be $1.875/glass (- $1.02 cashback = $1.81/glass)

  Warning - I received broken wine glasses from them and 6 weeks later, no response from their online team.
  They can't help in store and their phone line is always clogged so if you get the glasses unbroken, it's a great deal but otherwise I would steer clear.

    Interesting on how recent those reviews are.. Definitely make sure you pay with PayPal and let them sort out any disputes.

      I would share my personal experience then. They gave me no order confirmation for a week despite contacting them via various channels (emails, phone calls), I only had a receipt from Paypal to confirm that I didn't sleep-shop.

      At the end of 1 week, I raised a dispute via Paypal, suspected that I had been scammed. Paypal sent an email to House/Global Retail on behalf of me, I got a response within hours and by that night, their CS team informed me that the order had been shipped (Tracking Number invalid for the next 24 hours). I kept the dispute opened until I could verify that my order came correctly, as there were many complaints about faulty goods.

      In short, YMMV, but I wouldn't buy online again from House, or the order Global Retail brands.

  They have the same thing on ebay for $20 with free delivery, and applying P30STYLE code bring it down to $14 delivered. And some protection with using paypal for payment.
