Alienware AW2521HFL 25" IPS 1080p 240hz Freesync/G-Sync Compatible Monitor $504.74 Delivered @ Dell

EPP5

Seems like a great deal for a 240hz IPS monitor. $483 after cashback worked with Shopback for me. Don't use the code if you are using cashback.

It's my understanding that cashback will not work with the EPP5 coupon applied. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    • I received $48.30 cashback through Shopback. So 531.30 - 48.30 = 483

There was the same model besides from IPS to TN for $328 a few days ago

I managed to grab one of those, it still hasn't arrived yet, but am tempted to get this IPS version to compare.

This looks pretty great. My last monitor was a 32" and I found it a bit big for gaming. I mainly play MOBA's though.

Yes it will be huge :-)

        Techfast made me do it….
Figured would be worth it since first gaming pc in 15 years - circa crysis.
Will play some e-sports shooters and then move back and player other games on controller/steering wheel from Xbox1s.

TV is 65 4k HDR 60hz, so new Xbox SX will tap that out also.

        • That's a pretty big jump, very nice!

Haha thinking back not that long ago my main living room tv was 32"

Wish that I had gotten a 55/65 4K TV a few months ago. Ah well, always more deals, new consoles still a few months away.

@Coolie: Yeah I've been drawn back into gaming with our young kids, so going all out.
I'm a HiFi guy so my first sub was bigger than the 51cm tv at the time Fast n furious on VCD….

240 Hz is a big wank.
You can get a good 27" 144 Hz QHD monitor for this money.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose. It's a pretty niche market.

I'm jumping from 75hz to 240hz so I'm interested to see what the difference is.

      • That’s going to feel like a huge difference! Even 60 to 144 was mind blowing for me.

        • I hear you can never go back haha. Can't wait.

  • How long would you expect to receive cashback?🤔

    • Sorry, I don't have any experience with cashback. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

Edit: So I've just received cashback through Shopback for $48.30 took around 3~ hours.

      • That's a notification, the brand page on Shopback will tell you how long it takes for the payment to be approved.

Will be at least 60 days, more likely 90.

        • Ah okay, I just checked.

The app says "You can expect confirmation by 9 September 2020…"

          If anyone is considering it.
