Hi guys, July's Twitch Prime freebies have arrived for all Twitch Prime/Amazon Prime subscribers. Decent variety this month and some positive-rated games in the mix as well. I'm including Steam links this post to help you check out each title, but do remember Twitch Prime games are not Steam keys

• Dark Devotion
• Dear Esther
• GRIP: Combat Racing
• Kunai
• Turok 2

Grip is the real standout here as a highly rated arcade racer, Dark Devotion is an alright 2D 'souls like' game, and Dear Esther and Turok have been around for a million years so you may already have them on another platform.

NOTE: All Amazon Prime subscribers are automatically Twitch Prime members and get a selection of free games every month for PC as part of their subscription. Remember that these games require the Twitch desktop app(app.twitch.tv) to play and are not Steam keys.

Don't forget you can also still claim Reus until July 25 too.

EDIT 3/7 - an additional free game called Melbits World has been added. It has………one review on Steam so honestly your guess is as good as mine on this one!

    It was one of the saddest games to play without a memory pak. I must have played the first 3 levels a couple hundred times. Great memories though.

  Does this work like a PLayStation Plus where you add the game to your library for free and continue to use it forever as long as you maintain an active PlayStation Plus subscription?

      Yep but only caveat is, it's through Twitch's own game launcher.

        If you add the Grip exe as a non-Steam game does it load the game directly or the Twitch launcher first?

          @AfroBoy: Just tried it, you can add Grip as a non-Steam game and play while logged out of the Twitch app. Nice!

  Oh man Turok… brings back memories to Primary School writing a card to mum for Mothers Day. I was talking about how great she is then got on a tangent about how she bought me Turok on N64 and spent the rest of the letter discussing how great a game it was. Thanks mum! Thanks Twitch!

  Updated the main post guys as Twitch just had a late addition of some unknown game called Melbit's World. Co-op and controller only so I can't imagine it's going to appeal to too many people, and under 'features it says "4 breeds of Melbits, 3 families per breed. 3 types of virus and 4 kinds of power-up's. 20 customization accessories included" so um, ooookay!
