  Can't confirm what kind of steel benifuji line use. Could be okay, could be trash.

    constructed from 8A Stainless Steel
    Vg10 is better than 8A.
    Seki Magoroku is not shun, it's another brand under kai group. It makes good entry level copper, but Global/Tojiro dp3 is Way better option for Chef knife.

      tojiro dp3 are great value …. shun classic are VG10 ….. i own some.

        Tojiro imo used to be good value, now they got more popularity they've gotten a heck of a lot more expensive.

        Paid ~$75 5 years ago :(. Used to be cheaper than global

        Yaxell Mon is a bit cheaper and I find the fit and finish better. Handle more comfortable.

        Sharpened my dp3 last night though and now it has a screaming edge.
