Cannot Connect Jabra 65T with Laptop

Hi all

I cannot connect my 65t with windows 10 laptop.
It seems they do show up as unknown device but am unable to connect them.

Any leads!

Do you need to press/hold the pairing button?

Ie. Blue LEDs flashing

I have 2 separate sets of 65t that i connect to my Windows 10 laptop without issue. I'm on them most of the day so need 2 pairs to switch over when batteries run low

oops now I cant get the phone connected,,, how to get them into pairing mode?
