Are you really threatening a user for pointing out that your website was acting up? Judging from your past posts this "technical issue" has been going on for well over a year
We have technical updates every month and sometimes more frequently depending on the traffic to our site. IV.e is a transparent company and we do not make threats against any users but will take legal action for false allegations being spread against the brand.

And nothing came up other than your site, you should really work on your marketing.
Before you make threats know your stuff and maybe clean up your own house before you start making complaints

That is correct, the sale is only on men's t-shirts as stated. ALL our other men's items have sold out and been removed from the site to avoid confusion until our SS2021 range drops. Hope that clears everything up.

Also apart from the awful website and awful clothing, no abn, no contact number, no email address to be found on the website. Only a contact form on the website. I would not trust this store
If it helps, i bought one of their shirts last time for the same price. I think the high spandex % makes the fabric feel almost wetsuit like. I'm probably overstating it but it definitely gives the shirts a strong synthetic feel.
I also should've guessed but i bought my normal size and the shirt ended up being very fitting. So if you want a very fitted T go your normal size. If you want fitting but not too tight then go a size bigger.
Wow, after reading this thread and how OP went from 0 to threats of legal action. Have serious doubts about this company if you have an issue with any of their products if they get this butt hurt about having website/presence issues pointed out.
And please, OP, please call the ACCC and cry to them about someone saying things about your business… Lol.
