I have this and it's fairly average quality, a bit of play in the locking mechanisms. If you just want a cheap ballhead to pick a position and lock it in, this will do.
I have one too. This might be the Neewer model….
…. Haven't noticed much play though, seems to do the trick for stiching panoramas.
I have this and haven't noticed any play at all. Granted I only use it for my point and shoot camera, but it's a very sturdy ball head and been very happy with it.

Quite obvious differences:
No quick release plate
No 360 degree pan
No resistance knobThere was a same ballhead + 2 arca swiss for $36 available. Its gone now.
