Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

  • To my pleasant surprise, I had an issue with an item I purchased from them, I mentioned it on ozbargain. Received a private message from them and they resolved immediately. My opinion was persuaded in this one unsolicited gesture.

    • I would reserve my opinion on this. I was also PM'ed by the rep to offer remedy but went silence for 2 weeks and only replied me today conveniently just before they posted this deal. Mind you, I have not received any replacement/refund yet despite the contact 2 weeks ago.

        • Confirming that i have received replacement from OP. Seems like quality has improved. I can see that the sole is of different material now compared to what i bought previously. Will find out how long they last.

  • Thanks for a great deal again! Got 4 pairs of scuffs so far and looking to get ones for my other family members :) Can't speak for other people's experiences but my experience has been very positive and I am happy to wait a week or so as I understand the delay due to pandemics. I have other pairs of scuffs from other brands but this definitely has been a stand-out in terms of quality and warm retention

  • Wife is also happy with her pair from the last deal. Delivery time was acceptable.

    From a quality perspective, I'd say they are OK for the price, but nothing exciting there.
    Interestingly these are 'Made in Australia', but I would suggest they are much lesser quality than my 'Australian Ugg' boots that were made in China by a different company (the logo is different but the name appears the same).

  • FWIW mine from the most recent deal arrived within a week. They are well made, comfortable, and keep my feet dry and breathing. Quite happy with the purchase, and I honestly believe that the company is trying to do the right thing to scale back the deals so that customers can be satisfied in every instance. Would buy again.

  • I reluctantly ordered after the comments from last deal. I recieved mine within a reasonable time frame. The quality is fine for the price, not sure what people are expecting in a slipper. Having said that though ive only had them for a short period of time so can't comment on longevity. One complaint i do have is they run at least one size large, maybe two. Id size down if buying. I'm comparing to Nike/Adidas sizing so may vary depending on what you usually wear.

  • I would avoid this company. Items never arrive and they do not respond to emails. We have a PayPal case with this company currently due to them not delivering goods from an order well over 2 months old and them not responding to contact attempts. It will be summer by the time these arrive if at all.

        You don't answer phones (have a voicemail playing telling people this and to email instead) and you do not answer emails! You are telling people to avoid your company essentially.

  • FWIW: Purchased a pair in the last deal. Bought on 2/7 and delivered on 9/7 (exactly 7 days) to ACT.
    Correct size and colour. Positive experience from my end.

  • I recently bought 2 pairs (different sizes) and they arrived this morning - about 12 days after placing the order - which is not bad considering the kung flu situation. They are a good product, very comfortable. Do go 1-2 sizes bigger though as their sizes don't match real shoes sizes.

  • I still haven't received mine from APRIL. Do not buy from this vendor - has done close to nothing to remediate this, does not reply to emails, does not pick up phone calls. I have no choice but to go through with Consumer Affairs - all for a pair of Fkn shoes. Avoid at all costs, save yourself a massive headache.

  • Got mine today, shipping took about a week. Happy with purchase. I bought one size up, usually a 12 and 13 fits perfect. Would buy again at $30-35, would pass at retail ($70, the sole feels cheap and nasty).
