Woolworths Online Delivery Windows - Does Anyone Know When They Open New Slots?

With Victoria back in lockdown demand for on-line orders and delivery from supermarkets has obviously shot back up again. And with their own COVID issues, they're struggling to meet the demand.

So I'm consistently seeing "All windows are full or have closed for today" when I try and put my Woolworths order in. They suggest I choose a time "later"; they don't specify how much later.

Does anyone know when they open new delivery slots? Is it done at a particular time or day?

    I suggest trying throughout the day. In the last lockdown they opened up future slots randomly. At the moment with the problems with infection in their DCs they are struggling to do any slots.

    I managed to get onto a human on the Woolworths on-line chat, after a while.

    The dedicated on-line store is closed down for two weeks for COVID-19 cleaning. I had heard of this in the media, but it sounded like it was to be for a couple of days,
    but they're telling me it is completely closed until at least 23/07/2020. And I now know that's where my orders come from.

    So those of us serviced by it won't be able to get deliveries until at least then. Not much they can do about the closure - obviously they need to ensure safety of both staff and customers, but they could have made that information a bit more prominent on their website, and it would have been nice if they'd emailed those of us affected and let us know.

    I asked about my Delivery Unlimited Subscription, as they're effectively charging for a service they can't deliver for at least for 1/2 the month; and so they're giving me a voucher covering the cost of the subscription for the month. Anyone else with Delivery Unlimited that can't get their order in should probably hit them up for the same - it didn't sound like they were going to be sending it out automatically.

    Back in April I found that the new delivery times usually opened up around 11pm and midnight. I was lucky enough to have a couple of delivery during the worst of the lockdown here. So I’d recommend giving that a try.

    I was also given a voucher for the cost of a month of the unlimited delivery subscription without asking. I also used HelloFresh a few times during the lockdown to at least have mail meals taken care of and they never failed with the delivery.
