Vodafone TV - Will It Read a 10TB External Hard Drive?

Bought a new Hard drive but didn't realise it was too big for my TV (Hisense 65p7) to read. Thinking about picking up a Vodafone TV to read media files off of it.

    What does that TV read up to?

    Is this a common issue across TVs?

    Vodafone TV stopped supporting the NTFS file system when it was upgraded to Android 9.0

    You need the NTFS file system if you want to copy files larger than 4GB onto it.

        ExFat will work fine though.

          Are you sure exFAT works with a Vodafone TV? There are reports on Whirlpool that it does not.

    My VTV has died. Fails to startup.

    I have looked the Vodafone website which is only geared to servicing phone customers.

    I am still in warranty, does anyone know how I would initiate this?

      email support. I got a refund for 3 boxes. It took some time though.
