Epson XP-700 Isn't Printing Vibrant Colours

Hello,

I've got an Epson XP-700 that isn't printing vibrant colours. It is dull. There seems to be a tint green. The black isn't black. The colours are just pale. I've printed in Photo (glossy) on A4 paper, and even on A4 glossy sticker paper.

Any idea what I can do?

  Are you using genuine Epson Carts?

  Run Epson Status Monitor and check your levels…

  Have you tried the troubleshooting options on the printer? Try the alignment tests and head cleaning for a start. Then next thing to do is to try replacing all the colour cartridges. If that fails I’d get on the phone to Epson support and see if they have any other suggestions. How old is the printer? If it is under warranty it might be able to be fixed.
