Just an FYI, I have this card and there is no apple pay available on it. Apparently it is a Citibank card.

    • Oh wow! thanks for that info, good to know, my debit suncorp card worked fine on apple pay.
Guess this is ok for the get points and cancel card customer group.

    • Apparently it is a Citibank card

Correct, so for people who have had issues with Citi before, this would be a card to avoid, and if you do get it, you will no doubt get the usual Citibank customer "service".

  • Maybe chuck targeted in the title OP, for some reason when you check the targeted box it doesn't automatically update the title.

    • Yep, hows it now? thx

      • Beautiful

  • "This offer is only available to Suncorp Group customers who received a personalised customer e-newsletter issued June-August 2020"
    where does it says that?

Under IMPORTANT INFORMATION, before point 1.

  • Hi OP, is this deal only for existing customers???

edit: it seems not just existing customers but has to be targetted too…

damned… two stones at one bird…

  • Good offer if you are targeted. I'm a suncorp customer so emailed them to see if I'm eligible, as I have marketing prefs turned off so wouldn't recieve anything either way

    • Can you let us know how you go? I’m in a similar position

      • Same here, home loan with them

      • sure i'll let you know. if they say yes/no it doesn't necessarily rule out the opposite happening for you though. i just went to the contact us page and said "i'm a customer and heard about this can you confirm if i'm eligible for the 100k points offer or not?"

tbh it's probably a waste of time, but i've gotten results from being cheeky like this before ;_)

  • what do you get for 100K points?

  • Include warning: Citibank in the title

    • Title text is already too long can’t fit that in. This comments should serve the purpose. Thanks
