Get some help from mates to build the slab for a slab.
Purchase second hand shed from local area. For best results, purchase a shed that is still standing and disassemble yourself so you can label parts and ensure the shed is complete.
Reassemble ‘new’ shed on new slab.
This is going to be the cheapest way to do it, and have done it myself before.
The only thing I did differently was paid someone for a cashie job to do the slab for me, the shed part (might be) easy enough depending on the experience.
It might also be prudent to buy the shed, then build the slab. That way you don’t have to search for a specific shed size to suit your slab narrowing the options.
Guy down the road from me had something similar done, once the concrete was dried, the entire shed was built in a single day.
Find a guy who specialises in sheds and garages. 👍👍

As you've given no dollar figure I'm gonna assume you want dirt cheap, so - large cardboard box is my recommendation.
