          Build quality is good, surprised actually.

          Was a little disappointed with the brightness but good enough for evening walks with my 7 year old who loved to zoom in and out looking for his favourite formula 1 drivers. Parent win. Using triple A eneloop pros. A 1650 battery may be a better option here for more brightness.

    You get what you pay for. In this case, not a lot of lumen with a harsh white/blue glare. I purchased a similar one a few years ago and use if for self-flagellation when I think I'm about to make an impulse buy mistake.

    If covid hadn't made China deliveries worse than they were, I would recommend a Sofirn SP10S. It doesn't have the BS zoom capability of this 'bargain' but it will be as bright with a AA and close to three times with a 14500 which you can get shipped with the torch. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33018725012.html?spm=2114.12…

    I have one of these that I was given as a gift. I would not even pay $1 for it. They are garbage in my opinion and a waste of money.
