I ordered some stuff worth $44, they immediately cancelled my order, placed one again and cancelled again.
The live chat person kept copy pasting a message saying that Australia is blocking goods from them and try again later.
Anyone else had this happen ? Did you place any order today ?
my order from the 13th of july shipped too.
Banggood's shipping improved. They also have local warehouse and local 3PL now.
What did you order? I know things like face masks and sanitiser are getting blocked.

They probably (unconfirmed) been pocketing the GST they should be collecting on behalf of ATO.
Receiving products are a bit touch and go. I've had 2 things not turn up in the last few months. Either not been posted, China post lost it, or fallen through the gap in the Aust Post sorting machine.
I noticed this too, in my invoices, when I recieved stuff they listed the cost price as gift but they charged me gst
It is their small gift which you gave them a big gift of GST money.
I wouldn't worry, I had a parcel turn up yesterday that I ordered back in March. :)
I never purchase things from Banggood.
I use to order a bit and got burnt once, the seller shipping a item that looked nothing like the pictures, bangood customer suppoer is useless and sided with the seller!? I'm like my item looks nothing like the pictures., So from now on its gotta be cheap or the only place for me to even think about ordering from them.

Pot luck. Depends on what you buy, where the items ship from. Range from days to weeks, to months.
yeah i cancelled my order. they kept changing their story between each person I spoke to, and their website is pretty much completely inaccurate, all of which i find the most annoyed about. I'd imagine if i wanted to claim warranty it would be difficult too.
maybe small items is ok, but big purchase is a large gamble.
yea different people wiith different story replied to my email each time i replied them back. During black friday I bought alldocube iplay 20 and somehow after i combined a couple of coupons it ended up to $156.
But they cancelled my order saying they could not send to a PO box. Well… my other orsers from them in the past 5 years have been delivered to aPO box. Anyway, i then provided a street address and Sammy told me they have updated it and will send the item. But a week later I got refund. Other supports staff said different things when I asked why Sammy said the order was sent. I guess they didnt want to send it to me for $156 lol.
Also very annoyed with their constant baiting….. always seen on their site about flash deals etc or send you email about product with low prices but when you actually click the link, the prices are always higher.
Ordered one electronic device (~US$60) on Banggood on 4 July, and got delivered on 15th. That's pretty impressive.
Ordered another electronic device (~US$24) on the 14th of July, and it said it has been shipped. Finger crossed that it will arrive by the end of the month.
On the other hand I am still waiting for something from AliExpress a whole month later, and they estimated worst case mid-September delivery…
