Welcome to knowing the difference between a U1 card and U3 card.

  • Currently using a normal 32gb U1 class 10 microsd chip for my 2-ch dash cam, is this a good upgrade for my dash cam use?

    • You'd be better off going with a Samsung endurance card for dashcam use

  • received a 128gb samsung micro sd card from shoppingsquare today, the packaging is all in chinese, wondering if its legit or not, any opinions? should have bought from jbhifi or Officeworks

    • Is there anyway to check the authenticity of a microsd?

    • I'm interested in getting a 125/256 gb micro SD card.
Are Samsung MicroSD cards generally more reliable then SanDisk cards?
Where does the Samsung Evo Plus cards rank against Sandisk Ultra v Sandisk Extreme v Extreme Pro?

I use my card for my dashcam. I have used Lexar, Samsung Evo Plus, SanDisk Extreme and Kingston.

        From Best to Worst
        - Samsung Evo Plus: no issues
        - SanDisk Extreme: Out of 4 cards I had 1 fail
        - Kingston: no issues only ever used as backup
        - Lexar: Brought 4, after 8 months all 4 failed and corrupted itself

      • Sandisk ultras will be the slowest of the lot

    • well known shit store - shopping square since reply is flaky

  • How does this compare to SanDisk endurance cards?

  • Includes RescuePRO Deluxe, lets hope it is not needed.
