Is anyone else having this problem with the TCL plex:
When the phone is on speaker (ie video call with Whatsapp, google, any other video calling applications) the minimum volume is earth-shatteringly loud.
And the difference between the min-max volume is pretty much nothing.
However putting a normal phone call on speaker, the minimum volume is fine. And there's a bigger spread between the min/max volume.
It seems like a bug, (i thought it was just for whatsapp, but seems like i'm getting the same problem for other video call apps).
Phone/apps are up to date…i have tried installing some audio adjusting apps with no luck either.
any ideas what the problem could be?
I have a Plex and have not experienced this problem.
I just tried a Duo speaker call and the volume adjusted up and down OK.
Sorry I don't have any suggestions
