I want to bring my laptop base speed up from 1.80Ghz to 3ghz anyone know how to overclock Amd Ryzen 7 4700U. I ask Lenovo they reply back to me saying it can be done only up to 4.0Ghz but they wouldn't tell me how to do.

Laptops and ultrabooks just don't have the cooling to support sustained high boost clocks. Just leave your device alone mate.

Max boost clock is not the same as overclocked base clock. Please don't do this as you have no idea what's going on and will ruin your laptop. Do not do this.
