I saw these the other day at the Harvey Norman clearance centre for $350. Sales guy said he would go down to $340.

free delivery and removal seems pretty good.

    • Yep, I did it a month ago. Pick your day. The delivery guy will wheel out the old and in with the new. 5 minutes.

  • looks out of stock - can't add to cart

    edit: didn't read WA

  • Looking for a black coloured dishwasher. Any deals rep?

  • I thought appliances online include installation for free? I've only bought washing machine and fridge though.

Is it too difficult to install a dishwasher? $199 for install is half this machines price. :o

Also, there don't seem to be any product reviews for this model (ADW14S) as claimed by rep?

    • It's probably trash like most very cheap dishwashers

Looks like he mistook it for the AD14S
      https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/arc-ad14s

    • Although we did provide free connection for dishwashers many (many) years ago, that is no longer the case.
As the majority of our drivers are not qualified plumbers, customers could rightly claim that we didn't install their dishwashers properly and we would become responsible for any leaks/flood damage etc. Same reason why some of the trickier fridges (e.g. Sub Zero) may require a dedicated plumber to connect the plumbing.

Also correct, I have updated the OP to remove the reviews for the AD14S on productreview.com.au

    • I installed our new one a month ago.
If it's a changeover then not much work at all. 2 hoses and a power plug.

Hi Rep, Is there any similar deal on washer & dryer combo?

  • -1

another cheap Chinese brand flooding our market and lucky if it lasts 1 year before it breaks down and no parts available

    • Appliances Online list Turkey as the country of origin.

      • Coming out of Turkey, this would be made by Arcelik, the Turkish home appliance manufacturer that makes Beko products - Arc Appliances must be a budget version of Beko appliances, brought into Australia by Glen Dimplex who must be a distributor of some sort

        • Made by arselick

  • Hi Rep, does anyone answer your phone? ever?

    • Sorry squanchy, it is not good enough (our current call abandonment level).

We are trying our damnedest to get to all our calls and still give each customer our best possible service but the sheer volume means we have to hire more people.

We have 15 new starters that are being trained up as I speak but we still need more (if you're great with customers, apply for many of our customer-facing roles on our Linked In page for "Winning Group").

To be blunt, one of the things that has not scaled well for us has been our service staff, especially for an Australian-based customer support centre. During and post-EOFY (i.e. now), we've got about 4x the number of calls coming in and only 2x the number of people rostered compared to last year.

      • Thank you for the update. If i leave a message through the website, will my request eventually be attended to?
