  I'm sorry I was going to order some of these for my father what is the range of free glasses? or the process to get these glasses…

    The range is all coupon eligible glasses (it will say on the product page of the glasses if you cant use a coupon).

    The process is really easy. Just click through to the site, go through the glasses section and find a pair which you like or you think would work will for your father.

    You will however need to know your dad’s prescription level and PD before you make a purchase as this will be asked for you when you try to check out.

    At the end of the checkout there will be a box for coupon codes, you can’t miss it. Just paste the code in there and it will know off the price. You would just have to cover shipping and handling.

  so i bought glasses about 3 weeks ago from this company, a decent GUESS pair.

  i paid for express posted guaranteed quick delivery….
  and i waited for 2 weeks, yet the status on the glasses did not move from the processing/assembly stage.

  i emailed them last week and they replied

  "sorry for the wait, we'll refund the postage for your patience. your order has been placed in RUSH priority" etc…

  i wasn't happy since i paid for EXPRESS post, but at this stage i wasn't too fussed yet - i mean i guess they broke even for my wait so being the "patient" person.

  ---

  TODAY:
  i got an email saying that a "glitch" in their system caused the product to appear "in stock" and they said i could pick 3 frames of my choosing.

  i pick my 3 frames, and they said "please pick something from the coupons applicable pool"

  i turn to the coupon applicable pull and those glasses either:
  a) less than half the value of my original order
  b) do not fit me
  c) unable to accomodate for my progressive lenses.
  d) damned ugly.

  oh the people of Ozbargain, what do you suggest i do?

      I;ve just tried getting a pair as well and the coupon didnt work :(
