Suggestions for Touch Screen Monitor and Pen

Good evening all..

My trusted desktop recently gave up and i am going to get new one probably in a month. I have Surface pro from office and i started enjoying touch screen on windows.

Now, planning for mid level gaming and productivity PC and want to get a 15 inch(min) touch screen monitor and some nice touch pen. Occasionally i might use it with my android phone also(if possible, not a deal breaker).

Can someone suggest me reliable touch monitor and Pen. Looking under budget $300. Until recently i am not even aware there are touch monitors available for desktop PC's. so, looking for suggestions now.

The touchscreen monitors aren't cheap, are you looking for something like this?

EDIT: there are other brands that have similar features of that wacom products, I can't comment on them because I have not tried them.

Touchscreen monitors for PCs are surprisingly expensive if it's not built into the AIO or machine… so make sure you really want/value the touch feature.

I've previously used a portable Lenovo external monitor with pen support but it was both heavy and expensive (circa $500 from memory).

Alternatively you might find it better to get just a basic Wacom tablet (<$100-ish) which doesn't have a screen but will let you use the pen.

Finally, I don't think any of these will work well with an Android (or iOS) device if you want it to be used a touch screen. At best you might be able to use it as an external display but I doubt touch or pen will work.
