[PC] GOG - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - $11.99 (+$1.09 back)/Expansion Pass $9.99 (+$0.91 back) - Humble Bundle

920

Great price for an equally fantastic game. I am not sure if we will see the $8 price for The Witcher GOTY that it was for a short time during the Epic Mega Sale.
So this is a great time to grab it if you don't already have it. You will support the developer 100% and will also get the game DRM-free.

If you buy the vanilla game plus the expansion pass you have the same content as the GOTY edition which is on sale for $23.69: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt-g…

However, the base game+expansion pass cost you only $21.98 and $19.98 if one considers the money you get back into your HB account!

You will get a key for GOG where can then download the game DRM-free.

Enjoy!

lol you've posted quite a few good game deals but witcher deal is the best?

    • +6

It's a rather wild hunt to search through Lysander's deals!

      • +5

        Sounds like that's Cirius business

        • +1

Really makes you wonder when he's going to ask us to toss a coin his way

Great Game… worth a look for anyone who hasn't played it yet.

Was disappointed to find that "wild hunt" doesn't refer to hunting. "Wild hunt" is the name of the main bad guy or something, like a gang of bad guys that show up for a few seconds every now and then.

      wait what

      • +2

It probably makes more sense with a rough understanding of Polish folklore.

    • +2

      spoiler?

      • +1

I think it's something you're meant to be aware of going into it. Think of Witcher 3 as less of a hunting game and more of an open world RPG.

        • lol fair enough!

I understand, I thought the Wild Bunch was going to be about crazy bananas, disappointed it was a Western.

    • I imagine you'll also struggle with the concept of:
Rocket League (about cars playing soccer)
Risk of Rain (not a tie-in to BOM)
Duke Nukem Forever (was the last new entry and only lasts about 9 hours)

      • Hey man, one spoiler about the wild hunt is enough. Totally ruins the game when you think it could have anything to do with hunting and it turns out it doesn't and never did. Your average Tomb Raider game has more hunting in it than Wild Hunt.

  • +1 for this game.

    • upvote the deal not the game!

      :P

      • haha if this game was $100, i'd buy it. what a solid game.

          ok
time to hand in your ozbargain licence LOL

  • I purchased this game last year just for all the hype even though I dont like riding horses or fighting with swords. ;)

    • gameplay is pretty meh tbh just as with most newer titles, it's really the story/graphics that are well done

      • Maybe someday when I get the time I'll play this.

        • You won't be disappointed!

    • +1

Was it worth it? Am debating whether to get this for my newly built PC

      • -2

I just played the first 20 minutes :D Its way down in the list of yet to finish games lol. Someday hopefully. The graphics looked very decent though for its release date.

  • How do we get the money back into our account?

    • +1

When you buy it it gets automatically credited back into your HB account (I think it must be used within 6 months).

  • Half price with vpn to russia?

  • +1

This game is a real hidden gem

    • +1

Only if you've been living under a rock :P. This game won so may awards and is widely praised. If you haven't played it yet, you should definitely add it to your list!
