LycaMobile Port in from CatchConnect

Hi guys

Just finished up on my previous 3 month plan in time for the new 365 day $88 plan . I also received my free Lycamobile sim in the mail today, so I'm attempting to port over now for no cost so that I can re-port back to Catch to activate the sim I just bought.

During the port in process, I've noticed that when providing information about my current telco, CatchConnect doesn't seem to be an option in the drop down of telcos listed? Has anyone had experience with this? Perhaps I just need to select Optus? (but I dont think that would be right..)

Any help would be appreciated, TIA!

    Just select Optus - it should be fine. Could always call lycamob to confirm

        In the past porting from Vaya to Virgin Mob (yes, many many years ago) Vaya wasn't an option, selected Optus and the port had no issues.

          This worked a treat. I ended up calling them and ported over with no issues in 2 mins. Thanks again!
          Lycamobile was free to port into, so great way to keep getting all those new user Catch deals.

  • I'm having a nightmare with a port from Lebara to Catch.
    On Sunday I ported my number across to the new sim but it was not activated until Tuesday It worked for an hour or so then no data and can't make any calls or sms. It's now, thursday and I still can't use my phone voice or data.
