OnePlus 5/5T have Android 10, albeit left out of Android 11, but that's at least 3 years of software updates :P

Is this getting discontinued soon? Rare to see grey import sellers come close or match mainland's own prices based on taobao etc (currently ~￥3900). Usually there's a $100-200 premium.
What do you mean by mainland prices in this instance? All OnePlus phones are grey imports, they don't launch in Aus. I've bought my last 4 through BuyBuyBox and had great experiences.

I just bought it! I was initially going to buy the 7 Pro from Kogan but when this one is cheaper and has better specs, plus has the pretty design at the back, I just had to lol.

@fungorilla: Nothing it was actually really sad to have to sell it. Though I like to try out different phones so there was a deal for a cheap s20 through education portal. Took that and sold the 7t for 700

Seriously torn between 8 and the 7t pro. Both the same price 8 has a slighter better processer and battery with more support but 7t pro has a better camera, bigger screen and better display. It also looks better without the punch hole.
Can anyone recommend a case for 7T Pro?
Most cases just gives you a top and bottom lip, but none around the curved edges of the screen. I'm worried about a drop with impact to the mid portion of the screen.
I would get this over the 8.
Better screen, better camera, no notch.
The 8 has a slightly faster CPU/GPU - but not so that you would notice in day to day usage.
The screen of the 7T is amazing, no notch, 2k the all display front that is uninterrupted is something that is hard to go back to any phone from. Plus the 90hz of the screen is really really really nice.
