    Buyer beware. Check previous threads and their rating on productreview.com . I had a bad experience in a previous deal.

    • Wanna drop some clues on what that bad experience was?

      • Items not being delivered, no customer service apart from the rep on this website, not following Australian consumer laws and giving out false information about refunds ect. (They do not give refunds even when they have not delivered the product for other 2 over so you have to get it via your bank/PayPal)

            @UGGAustraliaOfficial: Stop giving false information, you have not given any refund! you have been provided the order number. This has been emailed countless times. What is your issue reading emails and responding to people?

            When people ask for a refund because you fail to deliver products for over 2-3 months, your company's response is generic: "Unfortunately the business policy is no cancellations or refunds, however they can exchange." The reviews online reflect this.

              @[Deactivated]: Colver I am offering you a refund if you provide your order number. Its that simple? DM me or post it here and you will be refunded today. Ill even give you the same value of your order as a voucher for the inconvenience you have been caused.

                @UGGAustraliaOfficial: You have the order number and Ugg Australia have now emailed me refusing a refund. I have given this to PayPal who agree that you are required to give a refund under Australian law and they are processing the refund instead.

                A voucher for a store that fails to deliver items and takes months to respond to customers, no thanks, sounds like a waste of time and a scam. All the best with this business model and providing false information.

I understand completely, you are just here to waste people time and give false information. Your company has emailed me confirming my suspicion, see above!. Luckily PayPal follows Australia Consumer Laws unlike Ugg Australia and is issuing the refund.

          Not negging the deal, I shall give them the benefit of the doubt that they've improved since then, but I too have to escalate to PayPal too a few months ago, they ignored my communication and have not sent the item. PayPal ruled in my favour.

    Hi OP, I have a question regarding my 2 recent orders. I got an email saying that my first order (a sheepskin rug) was posted, however no word yet about my second order, which was placed literally 30 minutes after the first order. I'm just wondering how long it normally takes to ship out products?

    • Hi There, we shipped 3/4 of the orders for rugs Thursday and Friday. the remaining will all leave today.

    A random ozbargainers recommendation: Do not buy. Their customer service is crap to say the least. Their business conducts in fraudulent behaviour with a large number of orders being unfulfilled, and once they have your money, the seller almost always blames it on Auspost (unluckiest seller in the world). If you don't believe this, read the product reviews.

    The responses from the rep on this site do not reflect whatsoever how they deals with matters offline. It is to avoid further sale losses only, and when they have your money, they don't give a flying f.

    Ofcourse some orders are fulfilled, but countless product reviews show they get a large quantity of the orders wrong. There are many many issues with this seller. You have been warned.

    I tried over 2 months to resolve with this seller offline, with countless follow ups, emails. I had to report to the ACCC and apply for refund via Paypal as he just didn't respond. All for a pair of bloody shoes. Nice joke. My story is not unique.

    Save yourself the headache - it's obvious they only care about sales being hurt, cause when they got your money, adios.

    I am thinking of going against the tide and actually ordering a quilt or two. An Aussie made product at a decent price … I am willing to take a risk.
    But I want some sort of guarantee from you that the item will be posted in a day or two - I assume you'd have stock ready to be posted.
    I say this because most of the 1-star reviews on productreview.com.au pertain to items not being posted at all.
    Once I have your confirmation, I'll pay for the item/s sitting in cart at checkout.
