  • I have the one a couple of models up from this, amazing watches.
    Accurate, reliable and tough, a very good buy for under $50 IMO!

  • +1

    I've had a Mudman for years, its my gym / hiking watch, they are simple, good looking and nearly indestructible. This is a great price.

    I will say, the buttons are ridiculously stiff on it, so adjusting alarm or something in the freezing cold is borderline painful. You can check out the "watchuseek" forums for more information, photos and praise about these watches.

  • i must be missing sth, but how come water-resistant isn't in its specs? :\

    • All G-Shocks are 20Bar, they must have just assumed people would know that. Silly I know but it happens.

    • 200m or 20 bars - just checked

      • 20Bar doesn't necessarily mean 200m, it just means about 200m.
        Salt, brackish and fresh water have different weights. That combined with atmospheric pressures (usually from storms), it can fluctuate the maximum allowed depth enough to have to keep an eye on it. Up to 15m or so.
        20bar = 20X 1 atmospheric barometric pressure unit.
        Then again, if you can afford to make it to 200m below, you can most likely afford a proper diving watch…

        • I took my mudman diving in Cairns, deepest I took it was about 30m, no problems at all.

  • Just bought one! YOOO
