Hi there, it's my first post, so be as nasty as you want to be…only way I'll learn is through constructive critism…:) I know I'm supposed to put the price in the title, but not sure it's applicable here..

I know that most of you would much rather chop your arm off than buy anything from shoppingsquare, but with $1 per item, and discounts for combined shipping (I believe you get 50 cents off shipping per additional item), it makes it worthwhile to consider some of the deals here, comparable with anything on eBay without worrying that you're getting ripped off with fake goods. For example:

Sandisk Extreme Compact Flash 16GB, $88.50 shipped
Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 8GB, $18.90 shipped

I've personally bought compact flash cards from them with no fuss, so hope some of you may find some bargains here.

    free shipping on ebay, the prices might be different, but when i bought a microSD, prices were the same (but free shipping on ebay)

      Seriously, am I the only person in the whole of Australia to have a semi-postive shopping experience with shopping square? Last time I ordered a couple of compact flash cards from them, it came within a week…did I just get lucky, or have their services deteriorated since then?

        Not that I'm one for "shopping experiences" but I've bought some shit from SS without much fuss, can't complain.

        PS I don't know if the memory prices are any good, the only benchmark I know would be mymemory.uk which has turned up on OzB with a few deals.

    $1 shipping is not a bargain. There's plenty of places on ebay that offer free shipping on memory, and their prices are cheaper.

      It's not so much the $1 shipping, but the overall cost of the items, particularly the compact flash cards. Yes, eBay may be cheaper, but aren't they notorious for putting out fake cards? But now that I've found out that shopping square allegedly has fake products as well, I'm reconsidering my position with them..

    Just purchased a 16Gb SanDisk MicroSDHC card for $21.95, which is $1 more exxy than their eBay, granted, but I also had over $5 reward points with them from buying a 16Gb iPad 2 from them that time it was $508 shipped. So I basically paid $16 for it (the price of an 8Gb on DealExtreme). Oh, and an extra 2% cashback through MBC … gotta be happy with that.

    Ordered 5 times from SS now, including the iPad, and never had any problem. A plus from me.
