They're owned by Harvey Norman, if that helps with legitimacy. Dunno about grey imports but as they also have bricks and mortar stores, I don't think they would be selling grey imports

  • Yeah it is fine. Some good delays and related to Harvey Norman

Corporation wise it is a train wreck

    • Hidden behind paywall

stop it before it loads completely.
Or if it is loaded just click on refresh and immediately click on it again to stop. Sometimes while you click on the link it loads before you have time to stop it.

      As in performing crap?

  • Do any places give freebies or discounts for being a customer of a certain uni?

    • Try ask Student Services at your certain uni.

Well….lets say you get some uni's shirt and prance around at certain places, any places like that give free stuff?

        • +1

As I said, ask your Student Services department. Nothing like that at the uni I went to, or the one I work for. Usually it's show Student ID in exchange for discount

          • @kerfuffle: $5 jugs!!!

            Yeah thats lame

  • I've used them the last couple of years buying school supplies for my son. They have a pricebeat policy and often offer prices around the lowest anyway. If they have the lowest price I will pricebeat at Officeworks, if Officeworks have the lowest price I will pricebeat at School Locker. Obviously check other stores prices too.

    • Glad you brought that up.
However I can only see them pricematching as per their listed Guarantee, not beat..
      https://theschoollocker.com.au/guarantees

This offer does not include stock liquidations, prices not available to the general public, resellers, auction sites, marketplace sites and competitor clearance products.

Does that mean eBay.com.au is excluded, as a "marketplace"?

Have you used their after-sale service, or any warranty support needed?

      • eBay is also considered an auction site, so would be excluded. I didn't think any business along the ilk of Harvey Norman and co. would price match eBay.

      • Only bought school supplies from them, no warrant required yet. They might have changed their price policy since I last shopped with them in December.

They're fine. Apart from the owner being a complete dropkick.

    • Who is the bigger dropkick? Gerry or Kogan/dse

  • Surely these letters would reassure you?

  • Anyway I emailed them an enquiry last week, radio silence, which is a bit worrying.

  • re Expected arrival.

"Unfortunately I can't give you any set times due to stores and their restricted hours at the moment. We try and get our orders out in two business days, although there may be some delays due to the issues at the moment."
I'm in VIC if that makes any difference..

So how long shall I wait(would you guys) until i should request a refund?
