Hey guys, I bought 1 kg bag of peeled garlic and its best before date isn't until next year, but once I do open it, do you know how long I can keep it in the fridge for?
Will peeled garlic freeze well?
Any tips for storing will also be appreciated :)

You guys are taking the piss. It lasts for hours.
Take some out and vacuum seal it again.
Should put in several small bags and store in freezer
FYI, if you freeze it they will change. When I defrost mine to use it turns slightly transparent, yellow and mushy.
Chop the whole bag up, and put in a freezer or zip lock bags, and keep in the freezer. Whenever you need a bit just break some off. It's easier to break bits off if you portion into smaller bags, make the shape flat and long.
You can freeze it however you will get freezer burn if it's not air tight. If I have extra garlic I just throw it into the blender with a little olive oil. Store in jars in the freezer.
