So I've been getting this "Attention Required! Cloud fare One more step. Please complete the security check to access www.xyz.com.au e.g. Heraldsun. I've try to fix it i did a full scan of my system, deleted the cookie, reset chrome still having the issue does anyone have a solution to this problem.

Every time you do that you increase the chances of getting that popup. Basically you are given that prompt if your web browser is "fresh", so they assume it is most likely a web crawler or a bot. Once they have collected enough info about your web history (through many, multiple websites) on your secret cookies with a link to your online identity, then they know you are 100% human and should give you those prompts a lot less.

Aussie Broadband uses CGNAT due to the lack of remaining IP4 addresses in the world. So that public facing IP4 address can be shared with many other Aussie BB users. If one of those users starts DDOSing or something else then that IP address will be flagged. Cloudflare will likely throw up this flag to verify you are not the problematic issue.
Maybe request AussieBB to give you a new IP address? You can ask them to remove you off CGNAT as well which should give you a new IP. I did this with an in-laws connection as I couldn't forward their security cameras.
Yeah i've done when i had issue with gaming and remote learning. I'll probably live chat with my provider to see if they can help with my problem.
