Didn't post as an actual deal because I'm not 100% on this site. They list their TrustPilot score on the site which seems to be decent, but as I've never heard of them before, thought this would be better off in Forums first

Not sure if this will help, but we know that shipping cost is a pain point and so we have introduced a new economy shipping service for lightweight items that starts from $9.90. It only covers items without batteries currently and is slower than our normal shipping methods, but it at least gives another option.
Never mind, just found out their shipping rate is $30 😅
Genuine or not, that's insane.
