Planning to purchase some parts like processor, motherboard etc and collecting them from the store. However, the store is 25km away?
Is that ok? If I got stopped, I can argue that without the parts, I can't work from home.
Are PC Parts Considered Essential (VIC Stage 4 Lockdown) ?

Because the definition of essential depends on context and not necessarily the product. PC dead need it for work=essential. Want to buy some leds for my PC not essential
Sure it is. When the cops stop you just tell them you're a sovereign citizen. On the way back home be sure to burn down a 5g tower while you're at it.
Why isn't there an App that shows people in Vic a 5G Tower that hasn't been burnt down within 5km?

Jokes aside you should be staying at home and paying for shipping. That saving of $15-40 isn't worth getting COVID-19 + spreading to love ones + causing somebody's death because of a small savings of $15-$40.

If you get pulled over, you can tell the cops that you thought it was still stage 3 and you haven't seen or heard news about stage 4 because your computer has been broken for a while.
