Wireless Earphones That Can Connect to Multiple Devices?

Hey guys,

My QCY T2Cs are almost dead and I've been super happy with them for the price. I'm wanting something similar but ideally that can connect to two devices without having to manually disconnect on one and reconnect on another. I'm on android (Oneplus) and windows so no airpods.

Only options I can find are the Jabra 75t (for well over $200), and the galaxy buds(+) for a little over 100. I'm happy to spend galaxy buds money but as far as I can tell it can only connect to multiple samsung devices at once, not generic bluetooth ones? The jabras are a little too expensive for me.

Are there any options that I'm missing? I don't need amazing sound quality, USB C, wireless charging etc and I'd prefer to not pay for features I'm not using, but if there's any options I'd love to hear it.

The Jabra 65t do it too - I use these for teleconferences paired to my work phone and laptop all day. Solid units and worth the money IMO.

They're not quite as good as my old Bose QC20s for background noise (isolation vs ANC at twice the price, so not a fair comparison) but they're solid. If you are using them all day for work (tax deduction too), I find I can leave it in my ear for a few hours no worries.

    • Interesting, thanks for the recommendation! After reading reviews it looks like some people have had issues with the left earbud hissing or disconnecting, have you had any issues like that?

No, mine have been fine. The only thing was the first 3 days it took a bit to get used to the silicon ear bud as it creates a seal on your ear canal so it feels different to others that sit in the ear itself. I dont even notice them now.

FWIW, my wife recently bought airpod pros and uses them with an S20 and windows
She is very happy with them
    .

    • Thanks for the heads up! Do you know if both can be paired simultaneously or have to be manually disconnected to switch between devices? My understanding was that that only worked on apple devices but I'm very happy to be proven wrong, airpods might be the best option in that case.

Incorrect, AirPods can be be used with absolutely any device that supports bluetooth, Apple-branded or not - however, you might lose out on the software side of things if not used with an Apple device, but really, you won't be missing much.

Also, there are awesome new features coming to AirPods in iOS 14, including automatic device switching, spatial audio, etc.

        • My research lead me to believe that while airpods can be used like any old bluetooth headphones, use on multiple devices at once was limited to apple devices where the same user is logged in on both. Has there been an update or something that has added that functionality to non-apple devices?

    Eh. Oneplus buds? 85USD

    • Thanks for the reply! I couldn't find anything taking about how these can connect to multiple devices at once, is there something that I've missed there?

I have been looking for something similar as well, and found these today. Same seller is on ebay and these had a random $5 off voucher, so I got them for $35 express-shipped.

Obv an older model and not true wireless, but specifically mentions multipoint and are priced a lot lower than other models/brands which support multipoint.
