The Lenovo X1 Carbon is a great business grade laptop. They vary wildly in price depending on the specs and which generation you purchase but something like this should be more than good enough for your needs:

This includes a 3 year Lenovo on site warranty. The X1 Carbon is regularly rated as one of the best business laptops available.

    • OK, but they asked for a PC and not a laptop?

  • Yeah its called find a legit IT business with legit IT people 🤦‍♂️

If you are in Queensland, I can recommend computer alliance, they can custom build whatever you want and offer good support and warranty.

Check this link for their business Desktops

  • Have you had a look at what Dell, HP and Lenovo have in their business grade ranges? They also have different levels of warranty service that might meet your requirements.

  • "Excellent Warranty and Support". Well universities, school and government departments alike buy dell for a reason. You can extend the warranty upto 5 years and pro support offer next business day onsite repair. I buy dell and live rural. They are normally onsite within 48hrs. Can't beat dells warranty. The uni I work for has around 100 dell all-in-one desktops on my campus and we have a fail rate of about 3 a year. Product is solid and they have had some great deals of recent.

Edit: For your use, the optiplex series would be fine. I am currently using a 7040SFF and the thing is amazing. I do light gaming (Sims 4) on it and it doesn't stress at all

Edit 2: also check out their refurbished store. They tend to have very good deals on computers that normally have been returned for change of mind or damage in postage, then returned and repaired

    • Thanks, We've bought 2 dell Pcs last week. on the face of it were expensive for teh config but hopefully cheaper in the long run.

      • You'll be happy with them. Not sure if you extended pro support, but highly recommend getting it. You can also extend for up to 5 years. My current optiplex has 3 and i just had to email them before the 3 years were up and it cost my $79 to add another 2 years.
