Hasn't been this price in quite a while :)

Tuffy's superior 4 Ply 'Tuff-Weave' makes it the most absorbent and strongest when wet. But then again you'd expect nothing less from Quilton.

Thanks to Hamza - Tuffy paper towel is rated #1 on Choice, however Viva is not far behind.

    Don't know what people like about Viva honestly.
    I either use Handee Ultra or Tuffy.
    Got a pack of Viva when paper towels were hard to come by (surprise surprise what brand was left) and they don't absorb as much as other brands.

      Viva are still twice as good as the generic / supermarket brand. I haven't tried Tuffy, will have to give them a go this week.

      I personally find the Handee Ultra to be very average as well. I'm pretty much a pure Tuffy man now.

    Can anyone tell me if Tuffy is like Bounty in the US? Strong paper towels that are soft and absorbent rather than having the consistency of a roll of newsprint?

    I use Handee Ultra, because they've seemed the best of the worst, but would really love to find something as good as Bounty.

      I haven't used Bounty but I do think the Tuffy is just better than the Costco Kirkland brand I'd you've ever used that?

    Personally I stock up on Whatsrvers on sale. Handy sale other week at coles 2.65$ for 4 Pack. Bought 12x4 = 48 rolls was pretty good. around $32. ~66c a roll is quite reasonable for the quality. This deal For tuffy has it at 71c a roll. I’ll give them a try this time out.

      Handee is 2 ply whereas Tuffy is 4 ply, seems like a much better deal to pay the extra 5c/roll for double the thickness. This seems to be reflected quite well in the choice test rating Handee at almost the bottom.
