  anyone knows how this compares to metanium?
  We found metanium to be incredibly effective with nappy rashes.

    Not sure tbh. We have really used it Bepanthen as a barrier cream at every change. Haven't had any rashes thus far.

  It is good stuff, use it prevent nappy rash. Don’t wait until nappy rash appears.
