Considering Au rrp is much more than Us rrp, I think it is necessary for certain themes to be at least 40% off. Others such as Creator Expert, Ideas I'm happy with 25-30% off.
Exactly. this set reatils for 160usd (225ish aud). Which means the aud rrp is inflated by an extra $25!
@Ahbal: That’s actually not too bad. US prices are listed without sales tax, which is state dependent. If we add 10% gst onto that price, it’s pretty much bang on $250.

I dont mind some of the star wars stuff, but……jeez they are grey….just slapping grey brick after grey brick together just seems less enjoyable than a set with lots of colour.

I built the UCS Falcon.
About halfway through I wanted to throw the thing out of the window.

I don't think you did build the UCS falcon. The inside is multi-coloured.
@[Deactivated]: Yeah that's the old 10179 UCS Falcon though. That thing doesn't hold a candle to the 75192 UCS Falcon.
All those exposed studs and the greebling looks like they never bothered to finish it.
The 75192 UCS Falcon's build is anything but repetitive or monotonous.
