I got one from last deal and it’s great but started to feel like this is the standard price because the discount happens too often now..

    • only for OZB :)

    • only need to check for similar rugs online and you can find the exact rug for cheaper elsewhere. makes me doubt authenticity

  • Ours are all 105 or over, usually 110 and above.
I purchased last time and the size was good. does it mean it will be a 90cm one (shorter) this time round

    • 95+ SORRY

Last time the 2 I received were 94cm and 97cm.

So 95+ was just at the 95cm

    Hi OP,

Thanks for the deal. You mentioned in a previous post that you might have a deal on since Ugg boots soon. Hope you guys are still working on it.
    Cheers

    • We might have a deal in the future. You can keep an eye out here or on our newsletter for any updates in regards to Ugg deals.

      • What will happen to all of us who received smaller rug last time. I got 90 cm one. So, are you partially refunding us or replaced them?

        • Please DM us and we will organise something for you.

          • @UGGAustraliaOfficial: Hi Ugg Australia. I have DM'd you from a week ago from the last deal. Can you please check. Order number is 38739, also sent you an email with photos at [email protected]

            @UGGAustraliaOfficial: @UggAustraliaOfficial: Hi OP
My order number is 38909. I got the 90 cm by 60 cm rug if I measure from longest and widest area. Hopefully, you have a solution to make us happy. And Can you please explain why there is mo stamp, or sticker on rug to authenticate its an Ugg Australian Genuine Sheep skin.
            Thanks

            • @Donask: This. Exactly this.
Combine with the smaller size and no stamp/authentication and disappointing.

              My rug is also undersize.

              Order number 38915

              @UggAustraliaOfficial

  • Thinking of getting another one but the one I purchased last month is at least 110cm. 95+ seems very conservative. Not sure if I'll get same quality.

Check the track record of this company first…

  • I’ve ordered from them three times (all Ozbargain deals) and the shipping was prompt and the product was good. I’ve read all the stuff that’s happened on here, maybe i’ve been a lucky customer?

I'd think twice before buying one of these. I purchased one from the previous deal, hoping that it was only a select few that received an undersized rug. Sure enough mine was undersized. I contacted their support - no response. I contacted them again after waiting a week, only for them to offer a refund in the form of a store credit. Their excuse for refusing to exchange was that the rugs they have now are all the same size as mine (small) - so yeah, I'd expect this batch to all be undersized relative to past deals. My rug was about 95cm in length, but very narrow in width; around 60cm at the widest part (those two protrusions at the bottom of the rug), while the remainder (and majority) of the body was around 50cm wide. Don't buy this rug believing their measurements are conservative, or listen to their lies trying to say they are. Expect an average width of 50cm, and if it still fits your use case then perhaps consider this deal, though I'd still reiterate that customer service is poor if you just so happen to have an issue.

    • Hi, could you send us a DM and we'll get back to you.

      thanks for sharing.

i looked at this and thought odd that you only provide one measurement.

    • Agree. I bought one of these rugs from the most recent deal at the same price. I thought their estimation of 95cm was conservative and most would be larger, but mine only measures 91cm long and 60cm wide from the protrusions at the bottom.

  • Hi Ugg Australia
I purchased a rug from your last deal. It appears this rug is being sold elsewhere (other online shops) and with no stamp of authenticity, can you please advise if your products are genuine and why they don't have any evidence of authenticity please?

    • We have a sticker on the back of our rugs that show our authenticity. Everything we make is made in our factory in Laverton North. If you wish to visit to see please DM us.

      • Ugg - mines did not come with a sticker or label and looks like a generic rug - can you please advise what may have happened here? is mines authentic?

        • It will be authentic as it was made here in our factory in Laverton North.

          • @UGGAustraliaOfficial: thanks - lastly, why are Ozimall, HidesofExcellence, Ozexpress, Uggexpress all selling the same rug at similar price points (with the large discounts)? are you somehow related or all sourcing it from the same tanneries?

      • Indeed, no sticker for me on the back either. So what happened? I like to believe in the good but the issue is either quality control or something scammy. Please advise how some (or many) do not come with an authenticity sticker as promoted? Thanks.

      • Jumbo on left, apparently the same jumbo on the right too? https://imgur.com/gallery/RPiDV0v

No authenticity stamp on the second rug I purchased, also undersized? Care to comment

Is this the same company that came in registered ugg (generic term) then tried to sue everyone else who produced ugg boots ?

    • That would be the American company, UGG by Deckers.

      • So you are not owned by Deckers ?

        • We have no association with their company as everything we make is Australian made in our factory in Laverton North.

          • -1

@UGGAustraliaOfficial: Ahhh because you have the same name as the deckers brand used to have (ugg australia) its a bit confusing. I swore i would never buy from them as they hit people like you and other companies who created the generic product.

Essentially the US company stole that Australian brand
            (like budweiser etc..)

@unifex: Get over it. Most Australian iconic products aren't Australian owned. Spreads, Beers, Clothing… you name it. Start your own maybe you big baby?
