This GorillaPod 3K PRO Kit is a newly upgrade version of the 3k GorillaPod. Normally sell around 180$ local, best price you can find is around 150$.

So 109$ is amazing deal, only 30$ extra from the old version. This one will be shipped from UK, so a bit of the wait though.

Upgrade feature include:

• 3kg support
• Aluminium Socket, instead of plastic. Same like the 5k one, so hopefully it will last forever :))
• Arca-Swiss™ compatible BallHead. This is the most important feature for me, no more stupid Jorby plate.

This thing superb usefuly on travel, got the old 3k myself but lost it. Grab one for myself :)

    Be serious mate, your $6.95 one is phone holder.

    I used to brought the cheapo knock off GorillaPod in the past, it will lose after 1-2 month of usage and can't hold your camera probably

      I am serious mate, I got a bunch of them on eBay last year for a few bucks each and gave them away as Xmas stocking stuffers. They had 1/4 screw thread for cameras, and a phone holder. Still going strong, no worries.

        How heavy of a lens do you estimate it could carry then? Without any droop.

  I have used Sony A7 with 28-70mm lens with the ones from Aliepxress, I still have mine and take it with me on overseas trips. I have had it for the last 4 years I believe. I only paid around $15.

  My cheapies work with my Nikon 5200 with 70 to 300 Nikon lens, no problem, and no droop.
