Promotion entitles Cashback of upto $7 with Telfast product in a 180mg pack (50s/60s/70s qty) from a participating retail outlet during the promotional period. Claim can be made for purchases made online or instore.
Cashback for
Telfast 180mg 50s is $5.00
Telfast 180mg 60s is $6.00
Telfast 180mg 70s is $7.00

TnC and How to Claim

The promotion is available for purchases made between 26th June 2020 and 31st December 2020. Claims close on 7th January 2021.
There is a limit of one (1) claim for the purchase of a single Participating Product
per person and per household (based on mailing address and mobile number)
during the Promotional Period. There is also a limit of one (1) claim per purchase receipt.

    I bought the Telfast 180mg 70s from Chemist Warehouse last year and claimed the cashback with no problem.

    No list in TnC. However, while filling purchase details for claim, the lookup has Chemist warehouse, priceline, amcal, terry white and Others as option to select.

  not sure how they do the cashback this time. last year they used some company to give a prepaid eftpos card which was impossible to activate. the company it came from support contact never responded.

  previously they did a deposit to paypal which was good
