I have the older K3 from this deal, looks similar but 1800psi. The Costco one is 1950psi with 5 years warranty.

There's another newer "premium" K3 also 1950psi, in an updated shell and comes with a "full control" trigger with LED display. You adjust water pressure the same way by twisting the Vario lance, just like the regular triggers. The "full control" LED is a display only, there's no button to press to change water pressure. IMO it's a little misrepresenting,

Anyway, my K3 performed well for washing cars and cleaning driveway, and I'm sure this one will do just fine. Mine stopped working recently and now looking for a replacement.
