Given the number of Forza 3 deals, and the ability to easily create a club in game, I thought we might finally have a better way than MSpaint to illustrate questions and answers in the ubiquitous "I am not insured / who is the A-hole" automotive forum posts. If we get some co-op or vs racing done, that would be fun too.

You can! And it will require a questionably large investment of time to obtain one.
And it will all pay off with approximately the same level of benefit as can be seen in real life.
Strange because the game is supposed to be more of an arcade racer than a sim.
Do you need to give way to busses?
Depends on your level of skill and whether you have enough money for a new car.
