It seems Farcry 3 is offered in China and Division for other regions.

I claimed it by following Junk Sifter's steps:

Method 1 Using Chrome Device simulation - credit to CC123

No need to use your phone - works perfectly fine in your desktop browser:

Open the webpage
Open the chrome dev tools (F12 on Windows)
Press Ctrl + Shift + M
Refresh page (to be safe)
Click on big blue button, and the screen will pop up with "All good!"
Enjoy

Method 2 Using Chrome on Android phone (seems to work with iPhone + Safari as well)

1.Logged into the Australian Ubi store here: https://store.ubi.com/anz
2.Clicked deal link: https://store.ubi.com/cn/game?dwvar_56c4947a88a7e300458b45de…
3.Click on big blue button, and the screen popped up with "All good!" and "Game activated in your library" or something along the lines
If a different screen pops up with an entry box prefilled with "+61" it's asking you to set up a phone number, scroll down and hit the white button which is "skip"

      i downloaded in english as well. Do you experience any issue when launching the game? I received error ,"Unable to start game. Please check that your game is installed correctly. If the problem persists please contact Ubisoft Support". I tested all two gaming computers already.

  Help. I clicked the blue button to get the Free game, it launches the UPlay, and asks for Activation code.

  Where can I get the code?
  Could anyone help please?

    I get same problem. Because I used web browser chrome on PC. I used chrome on mobile fone and it work straight away,no ask you activate code.after you used web browser on mobile fone finish clam free game,and now you open Uplay on your Pc ,game sure on list,sorry not good English.good luck

  is it possible to view what games you have claimed on your account without installing uplay? If I log into uplay.ubisoft.com it will helpfully tell me in my profile that I have "X games owned" but wont let me click on anything to see the names of those games.

  If I log into the ubi store, it tells me I have no purchases (despite the previous "X games owned" comment in my play profile).

    Nope. As far as I know you need to use the Uplay app to access and display all your game purchases.

    It really sucks. Why they have chosen to design so you have to use (yet another) app rather then the web based account to purchase/obtain it is anyone's guess. Really annoying if trying to buy/validate an not on your Windows gaming PC.

  Couldn't get the desktop chrome method to work. Didn't work using MS Edge on phone. But Chrome on phone worked.

  Went through all that just so I could hide the game in my Uplay library… but what a library it is now!

  Not a smooth one. I tried a few time before it finally added to the library successfully. I spent some time downloading it(about 11GB). Although the game was downloaded completely, when I launch the game it gave me error,
  Unable to start the game. Please check that your game has been installed correctly. If the problem persists, please contact ubisoft support.

  Is this just happened to me ? It appears it could not be even open correctly.
