Just came across the renewal message for my expired membership when I was looking for an option to change my password in Member area on IMAX Melborune
Got mine renewed till Friday, 03 September 2021 for $1.

A Big League Membership includes:

  • Minimum $5 discount off full price tickets for all feature films
  • Minimum $2 discount off full price tickets for all IMAX documentaries
  • Every 6th movie FREE
  • When you sign up, receive a FREE ticket for your second movie
  • A FREE ticket on your birthday
  • 'Members First' access to advance ticket sales for selected movies
  • Invitations to 'Members First' screenings, special offers and events
  • 10% discount on Candy Bar and Prequel Bar purchases

Please read the full T&Cs before purchasing your membership. All member complimentary tickets have an expiry period of 180 days, except for the birthday complimentary pass which must be redeemed within 4 days.

Found following info when logged in to my account:
In light of our temporary closures, renewal fees for current members have been reduced to $1. This offer is valid for any existing Big League member that needs to renew prior to 1/04/2021

      I have just updated above. If you had membership in the past, then you should be able to renew it for $1 before 1/Apr'21. Just to clarify, I didn't have active membership for almost two years, and still got it renewed for $1.

      It should be on the top of that red formatted text. But I guess it should work regardless how you initiate the renewal.
