Have received a similar email from Yarra Valley. Have replied asking what they'll need to process a refund, as I haven't kept receipts. Perhaps statement might do? Waiting to hear back.

Another pointless corporatisation failure.
At least the state government still owns the corporations involved.
They should just do a blanket amou t per account. Less admin. And why should people who prep - for exactly this type of scenario, be disadvantaged if they dipped into their preps?
I think they’re hoping it’s too much work for most people so they’ll pay out less.
Just emailed them the tax invoice.
