Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Preorder Issue from JB Hi-Fi

Hey everyone,

I preordered the Tab S7+ 256GB from JB Hi Fi, and the pickup day was today. They advised that no JB in the state has the bundle. What's mildly frustrating is that while no JB has received the preorder bundle, they have received the actual individual tablets to sell to customers. They also don't know when the bundle is going to arrive, it could be days or weeks.

Has anyone who pre-ordered their S7+ had their order preorder fulfilled through JB? It seems like no JB has the bundle just yet.

    They advised that no JB in the state has the bundle.

    Your premier probably didn't allow the truck driver to cross the border into QLD with the deliveries.

      Same boat here. My email sates that stock will be available early next week but I'm not holding my breath.

    You can either request a refund and buy elsewhere or wait. Not much else to be said really.

    Cool story bro.

    We are in the middle of a pandemic, and yes, it sucks your product hasn't arrived yet, but its the reality right now.

    If you're in WA, expect to wait longer again.

    There's a tonne less planes in the sky, with tonne less cargo in their bellies.

    It is what it is, unfortunately.

      I know there is no shortage of people complaining about things being slower due to COVID-19 and whinging while people are literally dying, so I don't want to get lost in the weeds on that one. I would understand if there were zero tablets in any store and there was a shortage.

      However, Samsung has shipped (and made available) the production units at various JB's around the state. They've also made available the display units. This means you could walk into a JB today and actually purchase the tablet, no hassle. But the preorder bundles haven't arrived yet.

      It's just poor planning that the display models are available, and so are the tablets that you could buy instore, but the preorder bundles aren't available yet.

    I have also pre-ordered it and supposedly it should have been shipped on 11th, but they have confirmed that there are delays.
    Finally today I got the email that it is out for delivery, hopefully I will get it tomorrow in one piece.

      Was yours for the 5g? I'm still waiting for my one from JB, emailed them and got told they still have no update or eta.

        No it is WiFi and I have received it.
