    AusPost delivery times have been… I keep getting beans picked up on Wed and processed at a sorting centre later that night, ETA Thu (lol), and then it might arrive Mon or Tue the next week. It looks like the tracking system may have had a meltdown on the weekend.

Good to see you've switched to Sendle for delivery. My order from last week delivered by Auspost was sent to Sydney for sorting and now back to Melbourne, and I'm like 10km from where it was picked up. ETA is now 17-22 Sep.

    Interested to hear others' experiences but mine with Sendle has not been great so far - last tracking was Friday last week noting "Parcel has been reported as dropped-off without a scan". I was working from home this day and there was definitely no parcel dropped off. Seems like it's now under investigation and I had to confirm just now that I still haven't gotten it…

  Hey there, good pickup. With the huge delays caused by Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne we've decided to pull back on promotions.
  
  We're working on some alternative delivery options, otherwise promotions may have to wait until Melbourne is back into stage 3 restrictions.
